Sadly due to the nature of our business and products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Please remember that candle care is important and we recommend that you only burn your candles for a max of three hours (two hours for 1oz & 3oz)
