Shipping policy

Here at SM5, we pride ourselves on our luxurious products, our commitment to our community, the environment and our guest care.

Please note, that due to restrictions beyond our control, we may at times, not able to ship outside of the US.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, and USA Territories e.g. Puerto Rico.

Intentional Packaging
SM5 Candle Co. LLC Prides itself on using re/up-cyclable, compostable, and biodegradable materials - This also extends to the way we package our goods that we send to you as we reuse materials.
   
Sending your SM5 Purchase
The cost of sending your beautiful SM5 Candle is based on various factors that are set by the carrier. 
 
Please note that SM5 is not responsible for any additional charges based on your regions Tax/VAT/other import policies. At times we may not be able to ship to countries, due to reasons beyond our control. 
  
Processing and Dispatch
Please allow 5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order - we will endeavor to get your purchase out sooner. Please note, we dispatch Monday-Wednesday only due to our location. 
Festive Period - please note, due to the nature of the holidays being busier, please plan ahead with shipping times to ensure delivery prior to December 24th. We wil continue to mail all orders until December 22nd. 
    
Package Stalking 
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, due to the current climate, there may be some delays beyond our control. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee an exact date of your package(s) arrival. Please refer to your tracking number for updates. 
 

Please note, once the package leaves SM5, we are unable to control any aspect of the process.
